ЕcoBin Dynamics

As part of the first stage of the program, the participants studied in the following areas:

analysis of the interests of the participants in the international reconstruction sector of Ukraine;
models of international cooperation (body lease, franchise, licensing, FDI, joint venture, M&A, co-op, agents, platforms, tendering);
development of reconstruction business strategies; digitalization and innovation in reconstruction services;
pricing strategies, demand management and profitability;
marketing and sale of services at the international level;
branding and storytelling; preparation for entry into the international market, plan for sales, expenses and cash flow and return on investment.

The second stage of the program was the joint work of the best participants in regional teams.

Entrepreneurs united in five groups, representing five regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Center, South, West, East. and led by mentors from Germany, Finland and Estonia, each group created a business plan for a restoration project in their region.

At the end of June, a presentation of these business plans took place in Kyiv, each of which has every chance of receiving funding from foreign donors.
